Paul's Journey to Rome
Paul's journey to Rome was a sea voyage that began at Caesarea. Traveling late in the season, the ship ran into stormy weather while seeking shelter on Crete. After weeks at sea, the ship brought Paul and the others to Malta. After spending the remainder of the winter there, Paul went north to Rome. There he awaited a hearing before the emperor.
